Delivery and Returns

Click & Collect

All orders are placed on a Click & Collect basis. We will email or call you as soon as your order is ready. In most cases we'll have your order ready to collect on the same day, but please allow 48 hours - some processes, for example toughened glass, do take longer and we will be in touch with an estimated completion date. Please remember to leave a telephone number on your order so that we can call you.

If you need your order delivered, please call us on 0208 852 4987 and we can look to arrange delivery for you - please note there will be an additional fee for delivery.

Returns

Please double check your measurements and requirements before completing an order with us. All cut glass and mirrors are non refundable as these are cut and processed to order.

We ensure all orders are quality checked before release. When you collect or receive your order please check over it - we want you to be happy and satisfied with your order so if there are any problems, it's important that we know as soon as possible.
